		<description><![CDATA[I read somewhere that someone thought the (New) iPad 3 is really more like an iPad 2 1/2. I agree. One reason I think this is that if you go to the Apple website, they don't even refer to it as an iPad 3. The improvements over the iPad 2 seem to be incremental. That said, here are some of the decision points that come to mind if you are thinking about upgrading to the New iPad.]]></description>
